Granite Countertop

Most popular in India. Price: Rs 80-300 per sq ft. Heat resistant, scratch resistant. Black granite most popular. Natural stone, each slab unique. 20mm or 30mm thickness.

Quartz Countertop

Engineered stone. Price: Rs 250-800 per sq ft. Non-porous, stain resistant, consistent color. Brands: Caesarstone, Kalinga, AGL. Best for modern kitchens. Not heat resistant above 150°C.

Corian / Solid Surface

Seamless, repairable surface. Price: Rs 400-1200 per sq ft. Integrated sink possible. Brands: DuPont Corian, LG Hi-Macs. Best for modern kitchens. Scratches can be buffed out.

Marble Countertop

Luxurious natural stone. Price: Rs 150-500 per sq ft. Porous — needs sealing. Stains easily with lemon, turmeric. Best for bathroom vanities and decorative use. Not ideal for Indian cooking.

Nano White / Sintered Stone

Ultra-compact surface. Price: Rs 200-600 per sq ft. Extremely heat resistant, scratch resistant, UV resistant. Brands: Neolith, Dekton. Best for premium kitchens.

Stainless Steel Countertop

Commercial-grade kitchen surface. Price: Rs 150-350 per sq ft. Hygienic, heat resistant, durable. SS 304 grade recommended. Best for heavy-use Indian kitchens.
