Marble

Premium natural stone. Price: Rs 80-500 per sq ft. Types: Italian marble (Rs 200-500), Indian marble (Rs 80-200), Makrana white (Rs 150-350). Best for living rooms and lobbies. Requires sealing.

Granite

Affordable natural stone. Price: Rs 25-50 per sq ft. Types: blue, brown, green. Best for corridors, parking, and utilitarian areas. Very durable.
